Your Mission

Watch the event floor, act fast when something is unsafe, and add team warnings in ASJudge when a safety infraction happens.

Watch The Floor

  1. Look for unsafe behavior.
  2. Notice hazards early.
  3. Move quickly when needed.
  4. Know which team was involved.

If Something Is Unsafe

  1. Stop the activity immediately.
  2. Create space.
  3. Make sure students and staff are safe.
  4. Tell nearby staff what is happening.

Then Restart

  1. Open the Safety Dashboard.
  2. Add a warning if needed.
  3. Then allow the event to continue.

Say It Like This

  • "Stop."
  • "Step back."
  • "This arena is paused."
  • "I am logging a safety warning."
  • "Do not restart yet."
  • "You may continue now."

Never Do This

  • Do not let schedule pressure win.
  • Do not wait for software before acting.
  • Do not assume someone else will speak up.
  • Do not forget to log the warning later.
